Aspen's OTS LSO 650 provides comfortable lumbar support through direct compression controlled by a unique simple to use pulley system. It is low-profile and adjustable with removable lateral panels which can be used to provide additional support during side-to-side movements. The OTS LSO 650 can fit waist sizes ranging from 28-54 inches, and up to 64 inches with an extension panel.
