Aspen's OTS LSO 648 provides comfortable lumbar support through direct compression controlled by a unique simple to use pulley system. It is low-profile and adjustable and can fit waist sizes ranging from 28-54 inches, and up to 64 inches with an extension panel. This product differs from the OTS 650 in that it lacks the removable lateral panels on the OTS 650.
