Product Overview
Aspen's OTS LSO 642 offers the lowest profile design within the Aspen OTS line. It provides comfortable lumbar support through direct compression controlled by a unique simple to use pulley system. It can fit waist sizes ranging from 28-54 inches, and up to 64 inches with an extension panel. This product differs from the OTS 648 amd 650 in that it has a lower profile posterior panel. Like the OTS 0648, it also lacks the removable lateral panels on the OTS 650.
