The Pediatric Post Operative Pin Knee Brace is recommended for post operative immobilization and protected range of motion. The lightweight drop pin hinge of the Post Operative Pin® Knee Brace controls flexion and extension in 7.5° increments in settings from 0 -120° of flexion, 0 - 75° of extension.
