The RCAI Leaf Spring Orthosis is set in 8° dorsiflexion to provide spring assist during ambulation. The brace promotes functional alignment for flaccid extremities. It also provides rigidity in resisting mild extensor spasticity and mediolateral support for ankle instability. It also can be trimmed and heat molded for customization. It fits in most shoes. Sizing is based ont he length of the foot.
