Cooled in a freezer or warmed in a microwave, the Q-thermo pack contains thermal gel that delivers soothing pain relief and reduce swelling and inflammation. The supplied anchor tabs can be used to attach it to a back, shoulder, or ankle support, or it can freely be used as a thermal pad placed directly on the sore or injured area.
