The K64 and KC64 “Knee Mate” is a front closure hinged knee support that is ideal for ligament instability, ACL/PCL sprains, arthritis, and joint instability. The larger patellar opening helps maintain brace placement and the adjustable elastic on the upper and lower circumferential straps allows for a customizable and secure fit. The aluminum range of motion hinge includes flexion and extension stops at 0°, 10°, 20° and 30°. It is available in 3/16” neoprene (K64) or 1/8” breathable Koolflex (KC64).
