The K64-HT and KC64-HT “Knee Mate” is a front closure hinged knee support for ligament instability, ACL/PCL sprains, arthritis, and joint instability. The larger patellar opening helps maintain brace placement and the adjustable elastic on the upper and lower circumferential straps allows for a customizable and secure fit. The hightech, polycentric range of motion hinges have flexion and extension stops at every 15°. It is available in 3/16” neoprene (K64-HT) and 1/8” breathable Koolflex (KC64-HT).
