RCAI's MPO 2000 has a dynamic flex action which supplies continuous counterforce to the plantar surface of the foot assisting in the correction of foot drop, foot and ankle contractures and deformity. The rotator bar positioned to the side, controls hip and leg rotation, providing functional alignment. This product also floats the heel to eliminate pressure and friction on the heel, thus can be used in wound care to enhance blood circulation which is vital to healing. The adjustable toe post relieves pressure on the toes and can be positioned to the side in the treatment of malleolus and lateral ulcers. The breathable foam liner wicks moisture away from the skin while maintaining skin integrity. This product come with a removable "transfer attachment" for use when weight is put on the device during transfer. It can be easily removed when no longer needed. An Extender Kit is available for patients with increased calf and foot circumference or edema. Sizing is based on the length of the foot.
