The Extremit-Ease is ideal for mild to moderate swelling from chronic venous insufficiency, as well as for management of lymphadema and acute postopertive edema. It is also very effective in improving circulation to aid in the healing of chronic wounds in the lower extremities.
Providing 30-50 mmHG therapeutic compression, the innovative design of the Extremit-Ease combines a zipper and bungees with large tabs to make independent application and adjustment simple. The zipper is closed at the bottom and has a lanyard for easy gripping, even for those with limited dexterity. The red and white visual guides on the bungee tabs allow patients to accurately set the desired compression level.
The Extremit-Ease is made of a lightweight, air-permeable, latex-free fabric that is comfortable to wear and is available in both tan and black and in regular and tall versions. Each also comes with one garment liner and a mesh laundry bag for easy care. Additional liners are separately available.
