The Eclipse cervical collar frame is durable and made to last but over time the pads may need to be replaced. The old pads can be effortlessly removed with a little tug to release the velcro and exchanged with new ones to prolong the longevity of the cervical collar. Replacement pad sets are available for the standard Eclipse and the Eclipse EXT.
For neck sizes greater than 19", the Eclipse or the Eclipse EXT may have an extra wide (XW) posterior panel. If the collar has an XW posterior panel, a complete replacement posterior panel will be sent. The pad can be removed from it.
