The Active Reliever offers relief for unicompartment osteoarthritis, articular cartilage defect repair, meniscal cartilage repair or osteochondral defect repair. The anatomically correct roll-and-glide Townsend Motion Hinge with adjustable ROM stops allows for a natural motion while keeping the flexion in the prescribed range. Quick release buckles make it easy to apply or remove. The sleeve is made of breathable fabric with a semi-rigid, self-contouring nylon superstructure providing support. A bendable bar allows for customization of the fit and a counterforce corrective force strap applies maximum counterforce at the midstance phase of gait.
