The RCAI Wrap Around Knee with Buttress is an anterior closure wrap that provides support and pain relief around the patella. The buttress can be repositioned for optimal patellar support. This product does not have any hinges or stays but provides compression and warmth which reduces pain and discomfort. It has a diamond-shaped cut out at the popliteal area to reduce skin impingement, so is comfortable. It can be worn on the left or right knee interchangeably and sizing is based on the circumference at mid-high.
